Here are 3 steps to complete your Malaysia EP application.
Before starting your EP application, you need to prepare 5 necessary materials.
(certificate issue in Bangladesh, Iran, North Korea, Pakistan & the People's Republic of China (PRC) must do notarization.)
(the Immigration Department may request for an additional documents)
After done prepared document, we will issue to candidate to sign an offer letter. The signed paperwork will be sent for Stamping at the Inland Revenue Board.
After your EP is approved, you will receive approval letter and VDR letter, then you can start the application of Single Entry Visa (SEV) through online (Attached approval letter and VDR letter when apply SEV. It will take around 7 working days). Next step, you need go to the nearest Malaysian Mission (Consulate/Embassy) as per stated in the VDR letter to collect the Single-Entry Visa (SEV). Bring along the original passport, approval letter and VDR letter. This must be done within 6 months from the date on the approval letter. The (SEV) will be issued on the applicant's passport within the duration stated in the Embassy.
If you are already in Malaysia, you are required to exit (apply SEV by following step 2 above) and re-enter Malaysia.
If the SEV application is failed, it required applicant(s) to visit Malaysia Embassy in their country. (For Manual process via Embassy its can take up to few weeks. still subject to the embassy.)
Applicant(s) can then travel to Malaysia within the validity period of the SEV.
After you entered Malaysia, it is neccessary to furnish the required documents for the endorsement process.
