（3）Diploma certificate in English, still in the process of apostill, almost done

（5）JD and Job title in English

（6）Criminal record

（7）Applicants residence (Back home)

（8）medical cert

（9）Birth cert

4. Get docs translated and apostilled

5. Receive visa D application form

Also:

1. Visa Application form for type D Visa (attached) – we will need to review it prior to its completion and it will be signed in front of the officer in the Consulate

2. Original Passport and photocopy of passport

3. Two pictures for Visa (passport-size photograph in color with white background

4. Medical certificate from a recognized public or private institution issued within the last 2 months before the appointment

5. Criminal record issued the last 3 months before the appointment

6. Annual Travel insurance

7. Flight tickets for Greece

8. Original birth certificate (and a photocopy). Note that we also need a copy for the process in Greece.

Also, we would like to inform you that there is a Visa application fee of 180 EUR in cash that must be paid during the application process.
