2. Spouses of KITAS/KITAP Holders:


Foreigners married to individuals holding a Limited Stay Permit (KITAS) or a Permanent Stay Permit (KITAP) are eligible.


Children Category


1. Children from Legal Marriages between Foreigners and Indonesian Citizens:


These children can apply for the visa.


2. Children of Foreigners Legally Married to Indonesian Citizens:


The foreign children, under the guardianship of foreigners married to Indonesian citizens, must be under 18 and unmarried.


3. Children of KITAS/KITAP Holders:


Foreign children under 18 and unmarried, joining parents holding KITAS/KITAP, are eligible.


4. Children with Legal Family Ties to Indonesian Citizens:


Foreign children with an Indonesian mother, father, or both, can also apply.


Duration of Stay for Family Reunification Visa


The visa offers different lengths of stay in Indonesia:

- 6 months (180 days)

- 1 year

- 2 years

Foreign Spouses of Indonesian Citizens:


1. Application Letter and Guarantee

2. Passport:

   Minimum validity requirements:

   - 12 months for a 180-day stay

   - 18 months for a 1-year stay

   - 30 months for a 2-year stay

3. Marriage Certificate:

   Official proof of marriage, translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator (if necessary)

4. Bank Statement:

   At least US$2000 or equivalent

5. Recent Photograph:

   4 cm x 6 cm, white background


Spouses of KITAS/KITAP Holders:


1. Application Letter and Guarantee

2. Passport:

   Minimum validity requirements:

  - 12 months for a 180-day stay

  - 18 months for a 1-year stay

  - 30 months for a 2-year stay

3. Marriage Certificate:

   Translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator (if necessary)

4. Bank Statement:

   At least US$2000 or equivalent
