1. Sign in to your remoly account

2. Navigate to the \"Team\" section and locate the \"Import\" option

3. Select either \"Import employees\" or \"Import contractors\"

4. Remember to download an import demo file

Fill in the necessary details on the downloaded Excel spreadsheet.

5. Proceed to import the data

Once you have completed the Excel sheet, upload it, and click on \"confirm\" after a successful upload.
