Submit your application at the Bureau of Immigration (BI) Main Office.

1. Obtain the CGAF: You can get the Consolidated General Application Form (CGAF) at the Public Information and Assistance Unit (PIAU) on the ground floor of the BI Main Office, or download it from the official BI website.
2. Submit Documents: Present your documents for pre-screening at the Central Receiving Unit (CRU) or to the authorized staff at other Immigration Offices capable of processing your request.

9. Submit Passport: If your visa application is approved, submit your child's passport for visa implementation.
10. Claim ACR I-Card: If approved, pick up your child’s ACR I-Card as instructed.
