New 2025 Minimum Wage Announced in Türkiye

Türkiye has announced a 30% increase in the national minimum wage, set to take effect on January 1, 2025. The new monthly net minimum wage will be 22,104 Turkish Liras ($628), up from the current 17,002 liras ($483).


Minimum wage support for employers has also been adjusted as part of the wage policy. The support amount provided per employee will increase from 700 liras to 1,000 liras.
