Andorra Working Hours


The standard working week in Andorra is 40 hours, divided into five days. In addition, the employer must pay overtime at 125% for the first 4 hours, 150% for the 5th to 8th hours, and 175% for the 9 hours and above. Overtime is also limited to two hours per day.
