Normal working hours in Algeria are 40 hours from Sunday to Thursday, with rest on Friday and Saturday. If an employee works at least 20% more than their normal working hours, they are entitled to 150% of their normal salary.
Employees in Algeria can generally accumulate 2.5 days of paid leave per month of work, with a maximum of 30 days per year.
