Standard working hours in Belarus are 40 hours per week and 8 hours per day. Employees may agree to work overtime, but they must be compensated at 200% of their regular wages and may not exceed 180 hours per year.
Employers in Belarus are required to provide their employees with at least 24 days of paid leave per year.
